By registering as a Partner in the Green Hemp Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms of service (“Terms of Service”).
Green Hemp reserves the right to update and amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that extend or extend the current Program, including the provision of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Program after such changes will sign up for your consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the following terms and conditions will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the breach. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this program. To become a partner, you must live in the European Union.
You have to be human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not allowed.
You must provide your full name, valid email address and any other information required to complete the registration process.
Only one person can use your login – a single login shared by multiple people is not allowed.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Green Hemp cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from non-compliance with this safety obligation.
You are responsible for all content and activities that take place in your account.
One person or legal entity may not hold more than one account.
You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. When using the Service, you must not violate any laws of your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright).
You may not use the Affiliate Program to make money from your Own Green Hemp product accounts.
When you sign up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Partner Code. You can post links, banners or other graphics that we share with your Affiliate Code on your website, in emails or in other communications. We’ll provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphics to use in linking to Green Hemp. We can change the design of the graphic at any time without notice, but we will not change the dimensions of the images without proper notice.
To enable accurate tracking, reporting, and referral billing, we’ll provide you with special link formats that will be used across all links between your site and Green Hemp. You need to make sure that every link between your site and Green Hemp correctly uses such special link formats. Links to Green Hemp placed on your site in accordance with this Agreement and which properly use such special link formats are referred to as “Special Links”. You will receive referral fees only for the sale of the Green Hemp product, which takes place directly via special links; we will not be liable to you for any failure of you or someone you refer to to the use of special links or incorrect entry of your affiliate code, including to the extent that such failure may result in a reduction in the amounts that would otherwise have been paid to you under this agreement.
Affiliate links should point to the page of the promoted product.
In order for a product sale to be eligible for a referral fee, the customer must click on a special link from your website, email or other communication on the https://www.greenhemp.pl and during that time place an order for the session product.
We will only pay commissions for links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We won’t pay commission if someone says they bought it or someone says they entered a referral code if it wasn’t tracked by our system. We only pay business commissions generated by properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.
We reserve the right to disqualify commissions obtained as a result of fraudulent, illegal or excessively aggressive, questionable selling or marketing methods.
Payments only start when you earn more than $20 in partner income. If your affiliate account never exceeds the $20 threshold, commissions will not be redeemed or paid. We’re only responsible for paying accounts that have exceeded the $20 threshold.
You may not issue any press releases regarding this Agreement or your participation in the Program; such action may result in termination of the program. In addition, you may not in any way mislead or embellish the relationship between us and you, claim to be developing our products, claim to be part of Green Hemp, or express or imply any relationship or relationship between us or any other person or entity
